This beautiful 4 bedroom terraced villa has wonderful views over the ocean which is less than 100 metres away and its own private pool.

It is a short distance to the beach and the centre of Praia da Luz. It is situated in a quiet location with the use of a nearby hotel facilites eg. pool, bar, snooker.

There is a variety of walks along the coast to the nearby villages. The Town Beach offers water sports and hire of boats/pedelos.

Lagos is a 10 minute drive away, with its beautiful marina being a must see.

There is plenty of supermarkets and souvenir shops and also many excellent restaurants and bars in both Praia da Luz and Lagos.

Great accommodation for a family or golfing holiday.

Travel
Faro airport is one hour drive. Car hire is recommended. Taxi and car hire facilities are widely available, aswell as buses to nearby towns and water parks. Also, nearby town Lagos has a train service.

10 mins walk to Praia da Luz, 10 mins drive to Lagos, 25 mins drive to Cape St Vincent and Sagres. 2 nearby water parks 30-45 mins drive(Slide and Splash-recommended, Aqualand)

Praia da Luz offers both a relaxing or family holiday with beautiful scenery and beaches within walking distance. Exellent restaurants both in Luz and Lagos.
